By making green tea lemonade.

Detoxifying Green Tea Lemonade


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 bags of green tea
  • 2 tbsp of organic raw honey
  • 1 tbsp of ginger (or less/more depending on your taste bud)
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags for about 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add honey and stir until it dissolves. Add the lemon juice and the ginger. Stir again. Put it in the fridge until it’s cold enough. This serves 4 people.
